Within 48 hours, owner Bobbie will email you an “expected finished painting” concept for approval. Need changes? Bobbie will revise the design and send an updated version for you to review.Production & Shipping
Once you approve the concept, our team will begin creating your custom kit. Most kits ship within 7–10 business days after approval.Need it sooner for a birthday, holiday, or special event? Email hello@mittenmasterpiece.com with your order number and requested date. In most cases, we can absolutely accommodate rush requests and move your kit to the front of the production line, though delivery timing may still depend on the shipping carrier.
