Return Policy

At Mitten Masterpiece, every kit is thoughtfully designed and carefully packed to ensure a premium paint-by-number experience. Because our kits contain paint, printed canvases, and paper materials, returns are limited to protect quality and integrity for all customers.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for kits that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition. This includes sealed paint pots and unmarked canvases.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@mittenmasterpiece.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Opened or used paint-by-number kits

• Kits with opened paint pots or marked canvases

• Custom or personalized kits

• Digital downloads or gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please reach out within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
