Wholesale Pricing & Selling Information

  • Our wholesale program is designed for boutique shops, galleries, museum stores, hotel gift shops, and destination-focused retailers.

    • Wholesale price: $24.95 per kit

    • Suggested retail (MSRP): $44.95

    • Expected margin: 45%

    We maintain consistent pricing across all sales channels to protect brand value and support our retail partners.

  • To ensure efficient fulfillment and strong in-store presentation, the following minimums apply:

    • Opening order minimum: 10 units

    • Reorder minimum: 6 units

    Opening orders must include a minimum of four different designs.

  • Wholesale is available for our Regular Collection paint-by-number kits.

    Our Masters Collection kits are reserved for direct-to-consumer sales and select curated partnerships and are not part of the general wholesale program.

  • Select wholesale partners may qualify for retail-only exclusivity on specific designs within a defined geographic area.

    Exclusivity applies to brick-and-mortar retail only and does not restrict online or direct sales. Availability, terms, and fees vary by location and design.

    • All wholesale orders are prepaid at time of order

    • Invoices are provided upon request

  • Wholesale orders are typically processed and shipped within 5-7 days of order confirmation and payment.

    During peak seasons or for larger orders, processing times may be slightly longer. If timing is critical, please contact us prior to placing your order.

    • Orders ship from Michigan

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately

    • Free local pickup may be available for qualifying partners

    • Free delivery for retail partners located in the state of Michigan

    • Wholesale orders are final sale

    • Please inspect shipments upon arrival

    • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 5 business days of delivery

  • Mitten Masterpiece kits sell best when displayed front-facing and grouped together as a curated collection.

    Recommended display options:

    • Front-facing hanging on retail hooks, grouped by theme

    • Kits perform best when displayed near books, local art, puzzles, Michigan-specific products, or premium gifts

    For best results, we recommend carrying 8–12 units on display at minimum, with at least four different designs. In addition, Mitten Masterpiece will provide to you a hand-painted copy of one of the designs you choose to sell in-store if desired. You can then display the finished product with your retail kit display. This helps customers to see the high quality of the product they are purchasing, and is also eye-catching.

    We’re happy to share display photos or recommendations upon request.

  • To support in-store merchandising, we also provide a hand-painted finished sample of a kit of the retailer’s choosing. This display piece helps customers visualize the final result and has proven to significantly increase engagement and sales at the retail level.

  • Wholesale ordering is done online. We have a special link for our retail partners where kits can be purchased at wholesale prices.
