Mitten Masterpiece Rewards Program
Terms & Conditions
The Mitten Masterpiece Rewards Program allows customers to earn points on purchases and redeem those points for discounts on future orders. Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the terms outlined below.
Membership
Customers may join the program by creating or activating a Mitten Masterpiece account. Upon joining, members receive 50 bonus points.
Members who join the Mitten Masterpiece mailing list will receive an additional 50 bonus points.
Earning Points
Members earn rewards points through the following actions:
Purchases: Earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases made through the Mitten Masterpiece website.
Account Registration: Earn 50 points when signing up or activating a customer account.
Mailing List Signup: Earn 50 points when joining the Mitten Masterpiece email mailing list.
Points are calculated based on the order subtotal and do not include taxes, shipping, or discounts.
Redeeming Points
Points may be redeemed for discounts on future purchases.
100 points = $5 reward
Rewards may be applied at checkout toward eligible purchases. Points cannot be redeemed for cash.
Accessing Your Rewards
Once you’ve joined Mitten Masterpiece Rewards, you can view your points, rewards, and available discounts anytime by clicking the gift icon on the screen located in the bottom right hand corner. This opens your personal rewards panel where you can track your points, redeem rewards, and see special bonus opportunities.
Additional Terms
Points have no cash value and may not be transferred, sold, or combined between accounts. Mitten Masterpiece reserves the right to modify or terminate the rewards program at any time without prior notice. Abuse of the program, including fraudulent activity or misuse of rewards, may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of accumulated points.
